PEST MITIGATION
Adding screens to vents and removing acidic bird droppings can prevent damage from birds, pests and rodents.
GUTTER CLEANING
Cleaning your building’s gutter system can be dangerous. Our experts will thoroughly inspect and clear out your gutter system.
WATER TEST
We will conduct a survey to detect any troublesome areas that may collect water and could lead to leaks.
SKYLIGHTS
These can be weak points on your roof. We will make sure all skylights are cleaned, properly sealed and protected from leaks.
MOISTURE SCAN
We are able to scan your roof to locate any trapped moisture that may not be visible to the human eye – catching problems early.
CUSTOM PROTECTION
We will also provide a proposal for any identified defects that are outside the scope of preventative maintenance.
Identify & Repair Roof Leaks
85% of roof leaks are caused by roof penetrations. These penetrations are considered maintenance items and the owner’s responsibility. Penetrations are sealed and flashed upon installation, but these deteriorate over time due to harsh weather and constant UV exposure.
